How it Works
During your coaching session(s), we will work with you one-on-one via Zoom, or asynchronously via written feedback on your writing and written answers to your grant search and strategy questions, or a combination of the two. It's up to you!
After you register, we will send you a link to schedule your first coaching session with us. Hours must be used within 90 days of issue. All fees are non-refundable and it is the customer's responsibility to book their time on our calendar within that timeframe. If none of the times on our calendar work for you, email us at support@grantwritingmadeeasy.com to book another time.
Refunds will not be made for completed payments, with the following exception: If we are unavailable to complete your coaching session or package, any unused hours will be refunded.
If you have confirmed your session time and you do not show up at the scheduled time and do not provide 12 hours notice, a $30 reschedule fee will be applied.

After you complete your session(s) with us and want to continue working together, we offer per-project and 3-month retainer packages that bring our price per hour down. Keep in mind, our lowest per hour rate with any package is $150 per hour.
